Bill has extensive knowledge in Commerical and Corporate Law, specialising in Construction Law. He regularly advises and acts for insolvency practitioners and creditors (corporations and individuals), as well as debtors. He has particular experience in property related disputes, voidable transactions, public examinations, bankruptcy and winding up proceedings.

Bill also specialises in Criminal Law, appearing in high profile matters, including charges of drug importation, murder, all types of traffic offences and white collar crime.

Bill has appeared in a variety of courts, including the Supreme Court of NSW, District Court of NSW and Local Court of NSW. Bill also has experience in appellate jurisdiction in the NSW Court of Appeal and the Federal Court of Australia.
