Andrew has broad experience in Insolvency, acquisitions and disposals of real estate, property development, property due diligence, property financing and advising on a range of general property related matters.


Best of breed on all aspects of Commercial, Industrial & Retail leasing, throughout Australia, Andrew acts for major ASX corporates and a provides critical support to the relevant stakeholders within the respective corporates (business units and management) as well as assisting them to develop, maintain and manage their respective national property portfolios.

I have acted for:

  • Major corporates such as Primary Health Care Limited, DuluxGroup Limited and Goodman Fielder Limited on purchases and sales, structuring property transactions, all aspects of commercial and industrial leasing and providing advice on property issues/matters including management of their respective national property portfolios;

  • Alesco Corporation Limited specifically structuring and negotiating leases for its national property portfolio as well as providing advice on property disputes and other property issues;

  • private property investment and trustee companies, providing general property advice and solutions to property disputes as well as undertaking due diligence, property divestments and structuring and negotiating leases (including managing their national property portfolios);

  • major healthcare providers such as St Vincent’s Hospital in relation to property interests including leases and licensing of sites and generally advising on development issues, positive and restrictive covenants, easements and licence agreements;

  • both profit and not-for-profit organizations in structuring freehold and leasehold interests and mortgages in relation to such interests as part of national consolidation of property assets;

  • Brother International (Aust) Pty Limited nationally on all aspects of commercial leasing and acquisitions through transactional structures such as options and other rights;

  • Paraway Pastoral Company (Macquarie Pastoral Fund) in relation to acquisition of rural properties, including purchase of live stock and structuring & negotiation of associated leases;

  • Oporto (fast food franchise) on all aspects of retail leases and licences associated with franchise agreements and advising on issues and matters associated with retail leases.
